If I remove all records from the dataset where my device screen was off, I get a pretty accurate reflection of my screen-on time. The results are stunning:

Turns out, as I got more familiar with these tools, I started using them more on my phone - and I installed a couple apps midyear that probably ate into my time that I'd otherwise be spending on the web apps:

Speaking of ChatGPT, while it's definitely my most-used gen AI app, it wasn't the first I adopted. I used Copilot at the beginning of the year, and kept going back to it steadily throughout 2024.
